Following the success of Codicote development 1, the developer purchased a site on the opposite side of the road. The detached house and pair of semi-detached properties replaced a single property.

Service provided

We were commisioned to obtain planning permission, and for the preparation of the construction drawings for submission to Building Control .

We also assisted the developer on site, answering technical queries and liasing with the Building Control Officer and the NHBC.
